Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is run by Next Gen Productions ("we", "us"). If you have questions about your data, contact us through the contact page or on our Discord server.

What we collect and why

  • Your Discord account (user ID, display name and avatar) when you log in with Discord. We use it to log you in, show your dashboard, and check whether you're a member or staff in our Discord server.
  • Your favourites and download history, so you can find your downloads again on your dashboard.
  • Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, Discord account, optional email address and your message. We use these only to answer you.
  • Your IP address when you send a contact message, only to stop spam. It's deleted automatically after 30 days.
  • Anonymous page statistics: we count how often listings are viewed and downloaded. No cookies or tracking tools are used for this, and we can't see who viewed what.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Cookies

We only use one cookie, which keeps you logged in. It's deleted when you log out or after 7 days without visiting. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.

Services we use

  • Discord: for logging in, our Discord server, and sending you replies by direct message.
  • Cloudflare: protects and speeds up this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver the pages.

How long we keep it

  • Your account data and download history are kept until you delete them.
  • Contact messages are kept until we delete them or you delete your account data.
  • IP addresses on contact messages are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can see your data on your dashboard. You can delete all of it at any time with the "Delete my data" button at the bottom of your dashboard. You can also ask us for a copy, ask us to correct it, or object to how we use it, through the contact page.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) or the data protection authority in your country.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page.
