Terms of Service

Using this website

By using this website or downloading anything from it, you agree to these terms.

Free downloads

Free liveries and packs are licensed to you, not sold. Unless a listing says otherwise, you may:

• use them on your own FiveM server or community
• edit them for use on your own server

You may not:

• re-upload, share or redistribute them (for example on other websites, Discord servers or marketplaces)
• sell them, or include them in anything that is sold or paywalled
• remove credits or claim them as your own work

Paid items and commissions

Prices, what’s included and delivery are agreed with you before you pay.

Buying a listing or a commission from Next Gen Productions gives you the right to use it on your own server or community. It does not give you permission to resell, redistribute or edit the assets, unless we’ve agreed to it in writing.

Need something changed? We’re happy to make changes as needed. Depending on the change there may be an extra charge, which we’ll always agree with you before starting.

Because digital items are delivered straight away, they can’t be returned once delivered. If something doesn’t work as described, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Disclaimer

Downloads are provided as they are. We do our best to make sure everything works, but we're not responsible for problems on your server caused by installing them. Always keep backups.

Next Gen Productions is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. Real-world agency names and designs are used for roleplay purposes only.
